What a perfect September day! The air is crisp and the leaves are just hinting at the spectacular autumn to come. My house is clean, my dog is groomed, there's a big pot of chili on the stove, and the Packers are playing the Bears in the season opener. I don't want to wish the days away, but bring on autumn!

Half Full

As I wandered around the yard this afternoon, struggling to find something to photograph and lamenting the state of my garden after a week of heavy rain, I suddenly realized that my glass was actually half-full...almost!
